To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:
- Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
- Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
- Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.

Tomika
Tomika is a fitness professional and operations leader with 15 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, nutrition coaching, Pilates, and studio management. As Director of Training and Operations at Flex Base Training, she oversees programming, coach development, operations, and member experience, helping drive both client results and business growth. Known for blending high standards with genuine care, Tomika is passionate about building strong teams, creating transformative coaching experiences, and helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident.
Elias
I bring a Division I strength and conditioning background and over a decade of professional coaching to both the group floor and my private training. As a former scholarship athlete and coach since 2013, I view training as a precise discipline designed to future-proof the body against decay. My approach is built on the science of injury prevention, recovery, and the non-negotiable fact that nutrition is the foundation of all progress. This technical focus extends directly to body composition, providing a systematic plan of action for those looking to optimize their physique and shed fat. My system is designed for the individual who wants technical precision over a cheerleader; I am a lifelong student of movement who refuses to provide an inferior product. Matt
Coach Matt started in professional soccer with the LA Blues in the USL division, where he built his foundation in high-level training, discipline, and recovery. After retiring, he spent 8 years in Jiu Jitsu training daily, teaching classes, and competing. A two-level cervical disc replacement pushed him to understand his body on a deeper level, which eventually led him into personal training. Now he uses his NASM certification, coaching experience, and rehab background to help people build strength, move better, and train with confidence, specializing in youth performance, fat loss, and sports development.
Adrian
I was born in West Covina, then moved away to El Paso, Texas, then came back! I got my Bachelors degree from The University of Texas - El Paso and I’ve been a personal trainer for 4 years! I love lifting heavy weights and now I’m a runner! If I’m not in the gym you can find me at the beach or at a Dodgers or Rams game! I also yell at kids trying to play baseball and lift weights!


Crystal
Crystal is a former D1 collegiate dancer turned strength coach who believes there’s an athlete inside everyone. She focuses on strength, conditioning, fat loss, and performance—creating sessions that are challenging, effective, and empowering. With high energy and a commitment to consistency, Crystal helps clients build confidence, push past limits, and unlock their strongest, most powerful selves.
Ethan
My name is Ethan Johnson and I am a NASM-CPT from Boston, Massachusetts. I have worked in the fitness industry for almost four years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work with all different kinds of people in all different kinds of places. Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time playing and listening to music.
